Please note that the B&B, including the secured off street parking is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Booking conditions:
Please note, due to the swimming pool being unfenced, only children older than 12 years can be accommodated
No pets permitted.
One week minimum stay from the 1st of December to the 31st of January.

Rates excludes:
Rates exclude additional services such as airport pick up or drop offs, laundry, telephone, transportation to and from attractions or events, activities and gratuities.

Smoking Policy:
Lala Panzi is a smoke free environment and smoking is prohibited in and outside the house. A designated smoking area is provided next to the Boma at the Pool.
Water Conservation
Dear Visitor, this region is experiencing regularly drought conditions. Please be aware that certain properties are subject to comply with local water usage restrictions.
As Part of Lala Panzi’s sustainability Program we invite you to join us to conserve the environment by using your towels more than once.
Please hang the towel, if you wish to participate in the program. If not we kindly request you to leave them on the floor.
Data protection:
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes specified above. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (e.g. to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
Larger groups:
If you are travelling in a larger group, or need more than 4 rooms for a function, please contact us. We will be happy to refer you to one of our partner guesthouses.
Payment:
50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation for 2 or more nights, the balance and any extras are paid before departure;
100% payment is required for one night bookings (last minute booking, walk-ins).
The Elephant and Rhino suits as well as the Giraffe flatlet can accommodate an additional person, either a child between 12 and 15 or an additional adult by arrangement (at R550 per night for the child and advertised rates for the adult).
Cancellation policy:
In the event of notification of cancellation – to be in writing and receipt thereof acknowledged by Lala Panzi BB in order to be valid – the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking.
More than 30 full days prior to arrival : 10% administration fee.
8 – 30 full days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
7 or less full days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds can be entertained for no-show or early departure.
Please check your booking conditions
For all your bookings, we recommend considering the risk posed e.g. by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and related government measures. If you do not book a flexible rate, you may not be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation request will be processed by the property based on the policy you have chosen and, if applicable, the mandatory consumer protection laws. In times of high uncertainty, we recommend booking an option with free cancellation. In the event that your travel plans change, you can then cancel free of charge until the end of the free cancellation period.
Check in times
Arrival: 2pm-6pm
Before 2pm the luggage can be stored and will be brought up to your room as soon as the room is available.
After 5pm by prior arrangement. Please note that during the winter season (1st April until 30 September) all check ins must be completed before 6pm. During all other seasons absolutely no check-ins after 20:00 hrs.
Please inform Lala Panzi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided.

Nocturnal rest periods
Nocturnal rest periods are between 22:00 and 06:00.
Rates & Specials
Winter special: stay 2 or more nights, get 20% discount. Valid from 1st May to 31st August when booking is made via this website
Please note:
We are a B&B / self-catering guest house and thus do not have a 24-hour reception.
- We have secure off street parking for all our guests.
- As we have remote controlled property gates we provide guests with a remote in addition to the room key on arrival.
